New scale is on board at Realize. No, we are not weighing the team. We use these scales for month end inventory. That way we know how much resin we used in a month. We track by weight. We are constantly producing prototypes and the SLA machines are always running and each month this helps us gauge our usage.
It’s that time of year when we say thanks to all of the Fathers. Realize decided to create this 3D Printed Father’s Day trophy as our 3D printed item of the month. To all the Dad’s everywhere, this one is for you.

Realize is proud to call Noblesville, Indiana home and we are very excited about the upcoming Indy 500. To celebrate the 100th running we created a 3D printed Indy Car. We hope you enjoy our little prototype and have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend. For the past 100 years this holiday weekend has been even more special here in Indianapolis!

We use many different items around the office for a variety of reasons. Sometimes parts/prototypes need wiped off and cleaned coming out of the SLA machines. Here is what we are currently using for this job! 3D Printing gear at its finest. Apparently alcohol wipes are used for a wide range of duties.
